Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep. It is a deep state of conscious relaxation, wherein an intention (Sankalpa) is set to explore, change and heal deep within. Journeying through the levels (Koshas) of the Human Energy Consciousness System, so that deeply desired changes may be manifested.
In this workshop, practitioners will experience deep transformation that can take place at this level of relaxation and exploration of the subconscious realm. Learning the definition of, and best practices for setting a meaningful Sankalpa to guide your journey along with a brief understanding of the Koshas. The workshop will conclude with an opportunity to journal, share, and ask questions about the experience.
