Everybody deserves and deeply benefits from the deep restoration a yoga nidra practice can provide. Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation.
Led by certified instructor Katie Aurora, this workshop will explore the history, science, methods, and benefits of yoga nidra, and then prepare to be guided through a relaxing practice. Dress extra cozy, and bring/use any favorite props or eye pillows to encourage total rest and comfort.
**Please give yourself enough time (around 2 hours) to fully digest your last meal before the workshop.
