A workshop for any level of cyclist or sedentary occupations . Many long-time cyclists, especially ones who do not have other stretching regimens, tend to have strong leg muscles, but these may be tight. Additionally, shoulders and arms may also be tight or weak compared to legs. This workshop offers stretching techniques and a routine which can be used as a warm up for biking or to develop general limb flexibility. Led by certified yoga instructor and recreational cyclist, Naomi Greene. In-studio or online. $15 Gift certificates available.
