The practice of forgiveness is at the center of all world traditions. Most of us have been hurt by someone’s words or actions. It’s also likely we, in turn, may have hurt others, intentionally or unintentionally. Carrying around emotional burdens of guilt or feelings of betrayal comes at a cost to our physical and mental well-being. If you’re ready to move forward, this workshop is for you.
This session offers a yogic perspective on the psychological and spiritual value of forgiveness. It’s also about living a life free of the burden of guilt, aka, “wouldas, couldas, and shouldas.” This workshop includes a Forgiveness ritual that can also be practiced on an ongoing basis. Led by certified instructor, and yoga swami Naomi Greene.
