Clue cards are the game (80 clues to figure out) but some are locked, some needs bribes! Anyone can play and win. It’s the 1920s and we’re in the height of this Prohibition thing. Gangsters are rolling in loads of cash by manufacturing and selling alcohol to thousands of speakeasies spread across the cities. The bootlegging business has gotten so big that it needs more structure.
