03/18/2023 09:30 AM 03/18/2023 04:00 PM America/Boise Silver Spike Railroad Jubilee Tucson celebrates its 18th year Anniversary and the 143rd celebration and reenactment of the arrival of the Southern Pacific Railroad into Tucson. The ceremony will display the Original Silver Spike of 1880, and feature a Mayoral Proclamation by Regina Romero, the 4th US Cavalry Band, craft show, the induction to the Silver Spike Hall of Fame and a reenactment by the descendants whose forefathers participated in that great historical event of March 20, 1880. The celebration will take place in front of Locomotive #1673 (featured in the movie Oklahoma).
