He is a graduate of Pima Community College with a degree in Fine Arts. Gilliland is a musician, husband and father. He created these drawings during the Covid-19 pandemic. “I created these pieces to cope with feelings of extreme isolation and anger, “ he says. “I wanted the images to convey the warmth of intimacy and the power of touch. Visually, my goal was to remind myself of the beauty that exists within humanity.” ‍Aug. 20, 2025-May 27, 2026 Desert Vista Art Gallery Gallery hours: 8am - 8pm Gallery may be closed during campus holidays.
