ParkFest 2023
If you’ve been to Porch Fest, this is the same concept. The only difference? We’ll be set up in one of Tucson’s most beloved parks instead of front yards.
Three stages will each feature a 45-minute set at 2 p.m., 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., promising an eclectic mix of musical styles, from classic rock and alternative, to folk and funk. Parkgoers have a choice of closing out the event at 5:15 p.m. with Act 3, featuring upbeat jazzy folk, or bringing their instruments for a neighborhood jam session.
Bands include popular Porch Fest regulars and a few newcomers to the venue, including Watercolor, Dan Panic, Znora, Mama’s Kitchen Sink, Slippery Slope, Ron Pandy, Within the Faith, Jamie O’Brien and Bunny Kirby.
Park Fest will be held Sunday, March 26 from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Palo Verde Park, 425 S. Mann, You’ll find us just south of Broadway off of Jessica, the street light between Kolb and Wilmot.
A few asks:
· Bring small bills: Musicians are volunteering their time and tips are the only source of income for the acts.
· Please bring a chair or blanket for seating.
· When you are driving to the park, please keep an eye out for pedestrians.
