This Event has Passed
Bodyweight Strength, breathwork, and mobility class. We'll do about 10 mins of breathing, 10 mins of mobility, and 40 mins of strength exercises. Modifications to movements will be provided. This class is suitable for beginners and advanced athletes. I bring a diverse background of experience into this class. I have a keen eye for posture, optimizing movement, and doing exercises safely.
