Ukrainian Easter Egg Decorating
Pysanky –from pysaty (писати), "to write"– are masterpieces of Ukrainian art, where the designs are "written" with hot wax on a raw egg with a stylus and dipped in succeeding different color dyes. Participants will be provided with the necessary tools and will learn the "batik" technique. For those who decide to continue this art, supplies will be available for purchase. All profits will be donated for humanitarian Aid to Ukraine
