DeGrazia’s 117th Birthday Celebration
Celebrate the life and legacy of Ettore “Ted” DeGrazia at his 117th Birthday Celebration on Sunday, June 14, at DeGrazia Gallery in the Sun Museum.
DeGrazia was born on June 14, 1909, and every year the Gallery marks the occasion with a community celebration. In honor of his birthday, admission to the Gallery will be free all day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors can enjoy birthday cake and ice cream while supplies last.
Located in the beautiful foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, the Gallery includes the Mission in the Sun, adobe buildings hand-built by DeGrazia himself, rotating exhibitions of his work, and peaceful desert grounds to explore.
