Give your child the chance to dive deeper into their interests with our Specialty Program Day at The Play Station! This full-day (6 hour), subject-focused experience is designed for school-aged children (entering kindergarten up to 10 years old) and offers an engaging mix of learning and play. This program focuses on Science: Wild Weather & Wonderful Water. The schedule for this program is as follows:
9:00-9:30: Drop off/entry activities (games, books, coloring)
9:30-10:30: Introduction (weather, meteorology, tornadoes/tropical cyclones)
10:30-10:45: Free play
10:45-11:15: Bathroom break* & snack
11:15-12:15: Water (scientific method, water cycle, adhesion/cohesion)
12:15-1:00: Lunch & bathroom break
1:00-2:00: Air & Clouds
2:00-3:00: Free play/additional snack
* We encourage children to use the bathroom whenever they need to. In addition, we build in scheduled breaks so each child has a chance to go without feeling rushed or distracted
Children can be registered for individual program days based on their interests—no long-term commitment required.
Duration: 6 hour drop-off program
Ages: Children entering kindergarten-10 years old
Cost: $80 (includes a snack, lunch, and all craft supplies)

These events are limited, single-day programs and are not ongoing childcare. They are structured to meet state guidelines for short-term, drop-off activities and do not require childcare licensing.
