January: Big Hearty RedsBold flavors, lots of spice and texture - that's a big hearty red. As the temperatures continue to drop so many of us (without even realizing it) reach for the heavier, bolder red wines to warm us up. If you're one of those people - this class is for you!

*Starting in January, First Sip Fridays will have a new teacher! Joe Paradise graduated from Humboldt State University in 2007 with a BA in Social Science Education. Pursuing a deep interest in wine, he received Intermediate Advanced Certifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust and is currently working on the 2-year Diploma Program. Joe is a member of the Society of Wine Educators and works in wine sales at Canal's Bottlestop in Marlton, NJ. He enjoys searching out world class wines at low budget prices.

**First Sip Fridays: Have your first drink of the night with us! The second, third and fourth Friday of each month we will feature an hour long wine class to kick start your weekend. Stop by, enjoy some great wine and learn a little for only $19/person. Think of it as an educational happy hour! Chardonnay? Merlot? Pinot Noir? The world of wine includesthousands of grape varietals, each with their own unique tastes and characteristics. Each monthly "Varietals" class will feature a different variety of whites, reds, and roses; you'll never taste the same wine twice!
