Fossil Park 25th Birthday Party
"For 25 years, Fossil Park has been a place where families come together to explore, learn, and create lasting memories," said John Page, Marketing & Events Manager with Outdoor Sylvania Community Parks. "This celebration is our way of thanking the community for making Fossil Park the special place it is today."
Event Highlights Include:
Delicious Food: Tacos from Los Agaves Taqueria Food Truck, and refreshments for the whole family
Fossil Discovery Walks: Tours of the Fossil Park Digging Pit
Children's Activities: Hands-on fossil dig stations and playground fun, along with Touch a Truck from Heidelberg Materials
Sweet Treats: Ice cream and shaved ice vendors
Evening Entertainment: Outdoor movie screening of a family favorite movie.
Live Music: Local acoustic performers providing evening ambiance
The celebration will take place throughout the park's beautiful grounds, featuring the iconic water tower, open-air shelter, and extensive trail system that have made Fossil Park a destination for nature lovers and families across the region.
