Talk and meditation with Buddhist nun Gen Norden. Gen Norden has been teaching Buddhism and Meditation for almost 30 years and will be visiting from Atlanta for this special event. Everyone welcome!
Learn how to purify past mistakes and present bad habits – to break free from negativity & move on to a happy, peaceful & positive future.
Purifying our mind of negative karma is the root of future happiness. In this talk and guided meditation practice, Gen Norden will introduce the methods Buddha taught for purifying negativity completely.
There will also be an opportunity for discussion and questions.

Gen Norden will be using the explanations given in Ven Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Universal Compassion and Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.
