Flight Club: Handstands
These sessions are loosely structured to adapt to the needs of the students present.
Students will work on getting upside down with foundations for traditional handstand. Expect drills, tips, and time for questions and personalized instruction.
Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions and open discussion are encouraged!
Space is limited, pre-registration is highly recommended, and late-cancels will be charged.
