Every Flight Club begins with handstand practice. In this session, students will also focus on compression hand balances like crow pose and jump-throughs. Jump-throughs begin in downdog and end with a magical float through the arms to a comfortable seat. Expect drills, core strengthening exercises, and personalized input to get you floating!
Dillon Reeder leads you through warm-up exercises and drills that complement and build up to the focus pose. Progressions and regressions are provided for all levels. Questions and open discussion are encouraged!
