Evening Garden Meditation
We'll start with a tour of edible plants, followed by a chill movement practice on the lawn. You'll then be treated to a short guided meditation and a grounding gong bath. Tea will be served. Some cuttings, plants, and seeds from the garden will be available. St. Pete address will be sent via email before the event. Space is limited to 12.
