Free Yoga at the Pier for Vincent House
Join us Wednesday, August 5 at 7:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Makenna Caskey will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Bring your mat and dress for comfort. Registration is appreciated but not required.
Donations collected this month will benefit Vincent House.
Vincent House empowers individuals to build social and vocational skills while providing a supportive path and hope for people living with mental illness.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class, or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga, or on site with cash.
This class is offered by The Body Electric Yoga Company, your St. Pete home for mindful movement.
