This method of CPR can significantly improve outcomes for individuals experiencing an emergency. Participants will also learn to recognize signs of cardiac arrest or stroke and how to use an AED. Please note: This is an informational class focused on basics of ‘hands-only’ CPR and does not lead to CPR certification.
