Women’s History Month Check In | Tampa Women’s Community & Wellness Event

The theme for this event is A Hidden Light. It’s a space for women who may have felt unseen, overlooked, or undervalued to pause, reflect, and connect through real conversations. Together, we’ll explore confidence, self esteem, mental health, values, skills, and passions, helping women step fully into their light without dimming themselves or letting others dim them. What to Expect: • An inclusive, welcoming, and intentional environment • Genuine conversations and real connections • Guided reflection and a few journaling prompts • Encouragement and inspiration from guest speaker Mylitta Butler, COO • Celebrating you, your journey, and the history you’re making in your everyday life About the Host: Hi, I’m Gina, founder of Check On Your Girls Inc. I started these check-ins to create spaces where women can have real conversations, make genuine connections, and feel supported knowing they’re not alone. For two years, Check On Your Girls has hosted monthly check ins, in person and virtual, focusing on wellness, health, and personal growth. We’ve collaborated with women business owners, authors, life coaches, licensed therapists, and executive leaders to create intentional and welcoming spaces for women to connect and grow.
