Better Together Community Job Fair
Better Together is partnering with Northwest Church of Christ to host a community job fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26 in St. Petersburg.
The community job fair is part of Better Together’s “Better Jobs” program, which has helped 45,000 applicants connect with employment opportunities across 24 states. At job fairs hosted by Better Together, two-thirds of attendees get a job interview, and 1 in 4 receive a job offer on the spot. Some 70% find work within six weeks.
The Sept. 26 job fair will take place at Northwest Church of Christ, located at 6355 38th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg. Job seekers and employers can register at BetterTogetherUS.org/Events/St-Petersburg-FL-Community-Job-Fair-Hosted-By-Northwest-Church-of-Christ/ or by texting “JOBS” to 844-987-3949.
