Gypsy Star ~ A Special Holiday Concert
Dynamic, multi-genre band, GYPSY STAR performs a special holiday concert at the Music Gallery in New Port Richey, Florida on Sunday, December 3, 2023 at 7:00 PM.
Gypsy Star will perform their original compositions and, in the spirit of the Christmas season, the band will also play their single “The Tale Of The Mistletoe” along with their renditions of some traditional holiday favorites. For this show, the band will be joined by some very special guests.
Gypsy Star spins magic within their enchanting and uplifting musical compositions. Their songs are dominated by Spanish, Celtic and Latin flavors together with sounds of the Caribbean and the Middle East underscored by Pop, Rock, Folk and Classical influences.
The band has an unparalleled mystical character, charming and spellbinding their audiences with their vocal and instrumental fusions. This gifted musical collective is led by composer, guitarist, singer Billy Keen and features the soul-stirring vocal prowess of lead singer, percussionist, lyricist Belinda Brodsky, dancer Kimara Lee who performs spirited folkloric, gypsy-style dance while also adding vocal harmonies and percussion and Lolly Sonmez on keyboard and key/bass who brings lush full layers to the band.
Gypsy Star’s world-beat sound will transport you to faraway lands – awakening your soul and opening your heart to exciting and wonderful places. Truly a cultural feast for the eyes and ears!
The band has released 3 full-length albums and 3 singles, appeared on radio and TV and toured throughout Florida and east coast of the United States headlining festivals, theaters and concert halls.
