No prior meditation experience is needed, making this accessible yet intentionally refined.
Facilitator:
Sara Sabourin, M.A.Ed., V.M.P., is a certified Vibrational Medicine Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Educator who leads restorative wellness experiences in museums, universities, and cultural spaces nationwide. Her work integrates science-based stress management with intuitive sound and meditation practices, offering grounded yet expansive experiences tailored to each environment.
