Chicken Yoga with Yoga Loft Tampa
Chicken Yoga, in collaboration with Yoga Loft Tampa and benefiting Ybor Misfits Microsanctuary, is an all-levels flow that blends movement, breath, and a little bit of the unexpected.
Settle into your mat as the class unfolds around you, feathered friends included. It’s lighthearted, grounding, and uniquely Ybor. A moment to reset, connect, and not take things too seriously.
Bring your mat, your breath, and an open mind!
Stay after to sip, linger, and spend a little more time with the chickens.
All of the proceeds from this class will be donated to the Ybor Misfits Microsanctuary to directly assist with caring for our favorite Ybor residents. For more information on the part-time non-profit, check out @theybormisfits or www.yborchickens.org.
Please note, the chickens are quite drawn to jewelry, so leave the shiny stuff at home.
For ages 18+ all yoga levels are welcome!
