This class is taught by Sarah, studio owner for Bodybar Pilates. This full-body toning sesh will prep you for a Pilates reformer class and get the most out of your legs, arms, and abs with energizing variations of lunges, planks, pikes, crunches, and more.
This class is complimentary and starts at 6pm, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a smooth check-in and don’t forget to bring a mat, water, and an optional set of hand weights. At the end of class, we celebrate with a free glass of bubbles AND get a chance to sign up for a Free Pilates Reformer class at BODYBAR.
