Now in its 7th year, Special Operations Summit is designed to provide a holistic overview of special operations advancements given the recent changes in Command and upcoming elections.
SOF will play a crucial and expanding role in developing the capabilities of our international partners to thwart the spread of global terrorism and prevent hostilities from turning into major regional conflicts. With fewer conventional troops available and with help farther away commandos will need more effective intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and communications systems.
