Hotel Haya’s culinary team invites you to gather “Friends of Flor Fina” around the table for a one-night-only event where approachable, elevated cooking meets the magic of performance.
Guests will enjoy a pre-set heirloom tomato starter, followed by three chef-led demonstrations, each transforming simple ingredients into inspired dishes:
Fresh Pasta: Pappardelle alla Gricia with roasted sweet potato, eggplant, guanciale, pecorino & basil
Crisp Perfection: Pan-fried Chicken Cutlet, a Milanese-style Caesar with anchovy-garlic-parmesan beurre blanc
