A Feast for the Imagination: A Conversation with Dalia Colon and Annabelle Tometich
Join Florida Humanities and Tombolo Books for a delicious evening of literary conversation between Dalia Colón and Annabelle Tometich, as they come together to explore the intersection of food and storytelling.
In this special interview, Dalia, author of "The Florida Vegetarian Cookbook," will interview Annabelle about her memoir, "The Mango Tree." Annabelle will share the inspiration behind the story, the themes of family, identity, and heritage, and the cultural significance of the mango tree at the heart of the book. During the event, attendees can enjoy samples of mango recipes from Dalia’s cookbook, courtesy of Good Intentions vegan restaurant.
