Palm Harbor Museum invites you to join with volunteers from Keep Pinellas Beautiful and our community with its next Museum Garden Workday on Sat., Oct. 25th from 8 to 11 AM. You may join for for all or part of this time to contribute to the beautification of the museum's native Florida gardens. Garden Workdays are fun mornings of getting your hands dirty, meeting new people, and contributing to the beauty of community. No green thumb is required—simply bring your enthusiasm and willingness to help out and make our garden bloom together! TIME: 8 - 11:00 AM WHERE: Palm Harbor Museum (2043 Curlew Rd. Palm Harbor at corner of Belcher & Curlew Roads with entrance from Curlew) Plenty of free parking WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothing you don't mind getting dirty. We recommend a long-sleeved shirt, hat and sunglasses. WHAT TO EXPECT: All supplies will be provided, including gloves, sunscreen, bug spray and garden tools. Water and breakfast snacks will also be available. Please bring a reusable water bottle. PLEASE NOTE: All ages are welcome, but volunteers under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
