-ALL clients will be required to complete an intake form prior to coming in in order to provide the instructor with as much information as possible about the client (like known injuries, specific goals, etc.).
-A strict, 24-hour cancellation policy is applicable to all scheduled appointments.

*COVID PRECAUTIONS ARE BEING TAKEN TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL CLIENTS AND INSTRUCTORS*
-Masks are required for ALL instructors and ALL clients entering the studio. You may remove your mask during your Pilates if you feel comfortable.
-If you feel sick, have traveled, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please contact the studio ASAP and stay home until cleared via test or 2-weeks of quarantine. Please be considerate when entering a new business.
-You must wash hands/apply hand sanitizer before and after your appointment.
-All classes are 55-minutes long.
-Socks are required and will be provided if you do not have a pair with you upon arrival.
