Week 2: Block Printing on Clothing
Give new life to an old garment with your custom print! Bring in a jacket, shirt, or any fabric item and explore the exciting possibilities of wearable block printing. Learn how to design for fabric, carve a block that complements the unique shape of your clothing, and hand-print your design for a one-of-a-kind look. You’ll also practice printing on a tote bag, included in the class. Perfect for those interested in upcycling, sustainable fashion, and textile design.
All materials, including linoleum blocks, carving tools, ink, and fabric, are included in the class fee. Whether you're a beginner or an artist looking to explore a new medium, this course is a fun and creative way to dive into the world of printmaking!
