Immaculata University presents 'Broadway on Broad Street and a Few Doors Down'

Immaculata University presents, "Broadway on Broad Street and a Few Doors Down,' a tribute to some of Broadway's most memorable classics. The concert will include songs from the popular Broadway musicals Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Rent, and Les Miserables. Immaculata's renowned Professor of Music and Steinway Artist William Carr, DMA, will perform alongside Immaculata students, faculty and alumni with special musical guests Philadelphia's acclaimed Girard Academic Music Program (GAMP) Concert Choir and the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) Concert Choir. This concert celebrates Immaculata University's recently acquired status as an All-Steinway School, a prestigious title granted to universities that demonstrate commitment to providing students and faculty with the world's finest pianos for practice and performance.
