Bring your lawn chair, blanket, and picnic lunch and enjoy an afternoon to remember this Father’s Day. Join Morris County Historical Society in Acorn Hall’s gardens, where internationally renowned bagpiper and native Scot, Cameron MacDougall, will be performing and taking questions from the audience. In addition to his extensive personal awards and accomplishments, Cameron is also a great-nephew of Major John Allan, MBE, who formerly served with the Queen’s Own Highlanders, and was also director of Army Bagpipe Music based in Edinburgh Castle. Don’t forget to tour the Hall and its current exhibit, Designed by Dempsey, which further highlights Morristown’s deep and rich Irish heritage.
