Journaling Group
Stream Of Consciousness Journaling
Retired educator and Middletown resident, Marilyn Lane, will discuss the benefits and techniques of stream of consciousness journaling including ideas for springboarding stream of thought, tips for overcoming pitfalls known to block writing and ideas for enhancing entries with creativity. Journal samples will be available for viewing. Time permitting, a brief journaling session will be offered.
Limited to 15 participants; registration is required.
