Restaurant Month – Grain & Cane

Grain & Cane has been offering farm-to-table food in the heart of New Jersey in Berkeley Heights since 2018, building on the company’s roots as a provider of high-quality food when it was the world’s largest private rice distributor. This September, during Berkeley Heights’ annual Restaurant Month, Grain & Cane will offer a specialized menu on top of its regular offerings, which include oyster rockefeller, roasted farm fresh chicken, and a jalapeno infused tequila cocktail. The restaurant has also built a reputation through a recently updated menu curated by executive chef Louis Bayla, who honed his skills at Manhattan’s renowned eateries, including Danny Meyer’s Gramercy Tavern and Locanda Verde.
