POUND is a high-energy, full-body workout that blends cardio, strength, and rhythm into one dynamic session. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, you’ll move through music-driven sequences that combine drumming, squats, and athletic movement designed to build strength, improve coordination, and keep you constantly engaged. It’s empowering, high-energy, and a little rock-star—no dance or fitness experience needed. 

This is a 45min class starting at 5:30pm. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to get ready for the class.
