Burn the Bird is a 90-minute, post-Thanksgiving workout designed to kickstart your metabolism and leave you feeling strong and recharged.
This dynamic session is divided into three zones:
Cardio: 30 minutes of fast-paced movement
Strength: 30 minutes of power-focused training using weights and bodyweight exercises
Boxing: 30 minutes of high-energy combos
All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and reset. Let’s make room for the holidays ahead.
