TEDx BrookdaleCommunityCollege
TEDxBrookdaleCommunityCollege will take place on April 19, 2023, at Brookdale Community College’s Lincroft campus from 3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. The independently organized event, licensed by TED, will feature select Brookdale voices under the theme of Where is There.
Launched in 2009, TEDx is a program of locally organized events that bring the community together to share a TED-like experience. Some of the best talks from TEDx events have gone on to be featured on TED.com and garnered millions of views from audiences across the globe.
TEDxBrookdaleCommunityCollege will present topics that center upon the Brookdale tag line: “Here will get you there.” The talks are ideas, on a wide range of subjects, that will foster learning, inspiration, and wonder and provoke conversations that matter, all responding to the prompt “Where is there.” Where THERE draws attention to telling truths, getting to the essence of why the THERE story must be shared. Speaking for the voices that are often unheard or silenced by others.
