Tea Party and Adopt-A-Doll Event!
The Ayres/Knuth Farm Foundation will host a Tea Party for young children on Thursday, July 11th from 12 Noon to 2 PM at the Farm, 25 Cooper Road in Denville. Each child may bring a doll, toy or other companion as their guest. Light refreshments appropriate for children will be served. The cost will be $5 per child, payable at the time of registration. A limited number of gently used dolls will be available for adoption for a nominal paper processing fee of $2. This is a rain or shine event. Each child must be accompanied by an adult and may bring a picnic lunch to eat outside on the farmstead, weather permitting. The tea will be held inside the farmhouse.

Ayres/Knuth Farm is on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. This working farm, operated continuously since first settled, is one of the most complete examples of a 19th century agricultural complex in Morris County. Ayres/Knuth Farm Foundation is a registered IRS 501(c)(3) organization tasked with restoration and preservation of the historic farm.
