Back by popular demand! Join local chef, Jay Glassberg, as he demonstrates the techniques and skills needed to create a variety of delicious dishes. Recipes will be discussed and all questions will be answered. In addition, participants will get the opportunity to sample Chef Jay’s tasty creations. Chef Jay has trained with German and French Chefs after graduating culinary school. He soon found himself a private chef for such people as Jack Welch and companies as Goldman Sachs. He currently is a member of The American Culinary Federation and works closely with local farms...
