On Saturday, May 18th famed Philadelphia interior designer and luxury tastemaker Sean Lewis opens his new Mount Ary showroom to the public in a day-long, community activation.
Airy Kitchens, the boutique design firm of which Lewis sits at the helm, recently graduated from the style guru’s home office to a publicly accessible wonderland of all things design. The new showroom, perched perfectly in the quaint Philadelphia neighborhood of Mount Airy, serves as a real-life vision board where clients can see and feel almost every element going into the cultivation of their new space.
“Kitchens are the heart of the home,” Sean says from the new open layout headquarters, “Building the heart of a home is a massive responsibility. But, kitchens are just as fun as they are complex in design. I have just always been in love with the challenges they present.”
During the May 18th event, beginning at 1 PM in the new Airy Kitchens Showroom (88 W Johnson Street, Phila., PA 19119), Sean and his team will open their doors for the first-ever public open house. Guests of the four-hour event are welcomed to explore the inspiring and immersive on-site kitchen buildouts, mingle with local purveyors, the firm’s strategic partners, and contribute to the food drive benefiting Attic Youth Center. Those who make a contribution to the drive are automatically entered to win prizes from a slew of local vendors.
