Pack the Pool Swim Party at Wapelhorst Park - 6/7/24
Join us at The Care Service’s PACK THE POOL SWIM PARTY on June 7 at Wapelhorst Park Pool!
Kick off summer while helping families in our community. During the summer months, demand for food increases in our food pantries. Families whose children usually receive breakfast and lunch at school rely on us to meet their increased food needs at home. At the same time, food donations are typically lower during the summer months. The Care Service’s second annual Pack the Pool food collection will stock our pantry shelves to make sure our families have enough to eat all summer long. The two-day community-wide collection will take place in St. Charles, Lincoln, and Warren counties on June 7 & 8.
This year we are adding a POOL PARTY to our Pack the Pool event. We invite you to join us in celebrating summer with a fun evening at Wapelhorst Park Pool from 7:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Ticket price includes pool entry and light refreshments. Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to help us fill our own pool and keep kids fed this summer.
