Side Project Brewing Stout Week

Side Project Brewing, an award-winning brewery renowned for its barrel-aged ales, is excited to announce the return of its annual Stout Week from Tuesday, Feb. 11, to Sunday, Feb. 16, 2025, at The Side Project Cellar (7373 Marietta Ave, Maplewood, Mo., 63143). This much-anticipated event celebrates the brewery’s mastery of barrel-aged stouts with six days of exclusive beer releases, rare drafts, and collaboration highlights.
Beer enthusiasts can join the Side Project team to experience exclusive tastings, draft and bottle debuts, and the opportunity to purchase some of Side Project’s rarest brews at The Side Project Cellar. The six days of celebration schedule is included below.
Tuesday, Feb. 11: Vanilla Day
Kicking off Stout Week at 3 p.m., enjoy Side Project’s delicious, vanilla-forward blends like Continuance Blend #2. Later in the evening, The Cellar will have OWK 2023, and more on draft and in on-site bottles.
Wednesday, Feb. 12: Double Barrel Night
Starting at 3 p.m., savor some of Side Project’s most acclaimed double barrel-aged stouts, including exclusive pours and on-site bottles. Featured pours include Double Barrel Derivation, Double Willett Double Vanilla, Double Barrel Anabasis, and more.
Thursday, Feb. 13: Collab Night
From 3 p.m., guests can explore Side Project’s collaboration brews in partnership with renowned breweries like Private Press, Evil Twin, The Veil, and more. Enjoy on-site bottles, draft offerings, and the last keg of an Omnipollo collaboration stout.
Friday, Feb. 14: Last Chance Day
Beginning at 1 p.m., folks can celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening of “last chances” with the final keg of Anabasis Blend #3. Later in the day, they will tap the final kegs of Beer : Barrel : Time 2017, Derivation Blend #7, and more.
Saturday, Feb. 15: Ten Day
Starting at 1 p.m., enjoy on-site and draft offerings of Side Project’s signature beers like 10+10. Continuing the Ten Day theme with 10 Candles, and their 10-Year Barleywine later in the afternoon.
Sunday, Feb. 16: Spirit-Aged Day
Beginning at 1 p.m., guests can enjoy on-site and draft offerings of Side Project’s spirit barrel-aged beers like Derivation (aged in a bourbon barrel) and Sound Cycle Vol. 2.
