Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis
Share in an afternoon of community and philanthropy with the Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea happening at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis this October, benefitting the Missouri chapter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In honor of International Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of proceeds from each Pink Ribbon Tea will be directly donated back to their mission. The delectable, rose-hued menu from the collective culinary minds of Executive Chef Yalcin Arslan and Pastry Chef Jeanine Edmonds, includes items such as Homemade Beet Salmon Gravlax & Avocado Crème Fraiche Shallot Tart, Smoked Duck Breast, Persimmon chutney , Pink Pepper with Barley crisps, Rose Hibiscus Macarons, Pink Strawberry White Chocolate Profiterole, Raspberry Tartlet and Cherry Cupcakes.
The Pink Ribbon Afternoon Tea will be held on two Saturdays from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM on October 5th and 12. Afternoon Tea costs $125 per person and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Visit the attached link to reserve.
