Speaker Bio: James Knight - MSDC
James is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales account management, project management, global business development, marketing and cultivating long term business relationships. He successfully led the turnaround of the Indianapolis MBDA Business Center from probation to being rated #1 in the country, out of 46 centers, from 2012-2014, having acquired $300 million in contract and procurements for MBE enterprises, creating 2,000 new jobs and attaining Century Club recognition by MBDA, U.S. Department of Commerce for exceeding the Business Center’s performance metrics. James is currently the Director of MBE Services for the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and an MBA from Anderson University in Anderson, IN.
