Grilled Cheese Storytelling Night is an evening of storytelling inspired by The Moth.
(And yes, there's also grilled cheese!)

Tonight's theme is LUCK--good luck, bad luck, dumb luck, serendipity, kismet....
Etymology:
Middle English lucke, from Middle Dutch luc; akin to Middle High German gelücke luck

As a noun: 15th century, a force that brings good fortune or adversity
As a verb:1597, to come upon something desirable by chance
Our stories are first-person, true stories told in a monologue. We'll have a featured storyteller followed by an open mic. Come out to listen and/or share! Stories are no more than 10 minutes and can be inspirational, heartfelt, funny, or solemn--whatever you'd like to share. Spine is an inclusive, safe, and supportive venue to all who wish to explore and express their creative self.
Of course, you don't have to play. You can sit with a drink and listen to other's true-life stories. Who knows, one may inspire you to tell one of your own!
