The event will bring together approximately 100 women construction professionals from across the region to focus on leadership, empowerment, and the future of women in construction. In a noteworthy addition, NAWIC National President Kelly Aust will be in attendance, offering participants the chance to engage with one of the leading advocates for women in the industry. Her presence highlights the importance of this event for the national organization. About NAWIC NAWIC is a national organization with more than 6,000 members dedicated to strengthening and amplifying the success of women in the construction industry. The Midwest Region is comprised of 9 states, 18 chapters, and more than 800 NAWIC members.
