Dinner with a Sex Therapist
Dinner with a Sex Therapist is a 2 Hour event in the Crown Room at the Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood, MO from 6-8pm on Saturday, February 15, 2025. You can purchase tickets for $40 plus eventbrite fees. Dinner and drinks are sold separately at the event.
You can expect the evening to start with our adult sex education game. Angela Skurtu, your host, will ask the audience questions about sexual health. Audience members will earn gold stars for every correct answer. Think you can win the most gold stars?
Next, Angela Skurtu will teach you practical Tantric Intimacy Skills you can use with your partner. Clothes on! Judgments off! Tantra is a blend of sex and yoga. Many couples are so focused on work and kids, that you forget to slow down and really connect with your partner. Tantra teaches couples how to do exactly that! Slow down and savor the moment.
In the second hour of the night, Angela Skurtu starts a Sex Think Tank. You can think of this like an erotic brainstorming session. Most people have never had any form of healthy sex education. As a result, many of you don't know some of the many fun ways to apply tantric intimacy skills. In the erotic brainstorm, Skurtu invites participants to come up with their own ideas for how to practically apply Tantra skills. The audience always teaches Angela a thing or two about sexual health. Don't worry! There are no wrong answers and your ideas may help another couple in need!
In the final half hour, attendees have the opportunity to ask Angela anonymous or public questions about sexual health. It is a fun and educational evening!
Angela Skurtu is a Missouri Licensed Marriage Therapist and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. She also trains the future leaders in the sexual and relationship health field as a Certified Supervisor in both fields of Marriage and Sex Therapy. She has been a therapist since 2008 and has run a successful business since 2012 in Couples and Sex Therapy. She is a keynote speaker and the author of "Pre-Marital Counseling," and "Helping Couples Overcome Infidelity." She also runs a youtube channel here at Youtube.com/c/angelaskurtu where she offers free relationship and sexual health tips.
