Revival Reception: Grand Opening Open House
Revival Health & Wellness is thrilled to open its doors to the community on Saturday, April 13 from noon - 4 p.m. to tour its new location in Fenton, MO, serving the greater St. Louis community.

Dr. Carpenter will also give away scheduled free services including a free immune system boosting B12 shot to all who attend! Also for attendees only, new patients will receive an opportunity to schedule a highly discounted consultation with a detailed health history, exam and any needed X-rays. My goal is to revolutionize the health of our community in a way that is understandable -and accessible.
